The man was early on both days of the health caravan. He knew exactly where to park his precious wheels - a motorbike with a sidecar to hold the containers of ice cream. He came prepared for the scourging heat of the sun with a huge umbrella to cover his head and keep his container cool. He was not eating much space for the event but perfectly located where people most specially the kids would see him. I guess in adddition to the audibility of his bell, visibility was of prime importance to his business.
