I finally tried out caffenol. Not bad, but lots of room for improvement. 12 minutes is a bit too short I guess, the negatives were pretty thin. And I let my developing tank get dusty I guess, the pictures look as if I dragged them over the floor (I didn't). And I think I shouldn't use that last bit of old fixer I have standing around anymore.
