This is kodak 5222 exposed at iso1600- 3200 and developed in 510 pyro. The pyro seems to push it pretty well , obviously high contrast and grainy though. The whole roll marred by light leaks, might be the camera or it could be that the roll had been through 4 airport hand luggage scanners!
My friend Philipp, adopting a swan during our visit in Vienna. In the fall 2021, I visited a dear friend in Vienna with some other friends. Enjoying the last heat wave at the end of September, we were lying at the Donau riverside when a swan came along to pilfer our snacks.
This is the cover shot of an editorial session I shot last summer. 16 Tons lends its name from the labour movement song, drawing parallels to the coal wars that happened at the beginning of the 20th century. With rising inequality across the globe and workers' movements gaining more traction, it was my desire to capture some of the drive, ambition and hope the struggling working class is putting forward right this moment.
