Just a girl with adhd who found some healing through her cameras… 🌸✨📷
I originally started, around 2015, with a digital camera because I always dreamed of stopping time and keeping the moment from disappearing from my (very short) memory. A few years ago, I found my grandpa’s film camera. At that time, I stopped taking pictures because of my mental health. Finding this camera and this new way of approaching photography kinda healed something in me.
I now take pictures for the fun of it and mostly for myself and my own memory. The fear of forgetting is something I always kept with me and I’ve never been more grateful of falling back in the photography world. I put way less pressure on myself to have the perfect shot and I now take pictures of anything I wish to see again. I take picture with my digital camera (Canon EOS 600D with the lens EF50mm) mostly when I want to have some fun, and my film cameras (my grandpa’s reflex : a Minolta SRT100X, and two point and shoot that I take with me everywhere : a Canon prima AF-7 and a Fujifilm zoom 70 which was my grandma’s) when I’m feeling more sentimental.
You won’t find on my account perfects shots or breathtaking pictures, but I hope you’ll find something that may pleases your eyes and make you feel at least the tiniest emotion. I only post some pictures here, most of the rest are still in folders, waiting to be sorted out…
