Kodak 2238 shot at ISO 80 developed in Xr-1 scanned with VueScan on Connon canoscan 9000f. This is the direct scan to Jpeg. How did the colors get there?
@charliedontsurf my theory is that the scanner (software) when scanning in color is pulling in frequencies and these frequencies are still there, in theory, in panchromatic b&w and they get translated. Because there is not any color in the film.... but it is a common phenomenon that low action color developers like rodinal will "develop" colors - usually greens, but I don't understand where that information is, except in the wavelength or frequencies of the light. Although how is that when it IS b&w the frequencies have to be different even if relative..... I dunno. Probably wont figure it out, but I like it....
